Born with a natural love of fashion, Nicole Sharma began sewing at the age of 14 and was soon making clothing for herself and friends. Upon graduating high school, she attended the notable Chamberlayne School of Design and Merchandising in Newtown, Massachusetts. While obtaining her bachelors in fashion design, Nicole had several single pieces and collections displayed in fashion shows hosted by the school and received awards for her work.
In 2007 Nicole headed to India to continue her studies of fabrics and textiles. While in India, Nicole attended The Gemmology Institute of Mumbai where she received her certification in gemology.
As a first generation Indian American, Nicole combines her heritage with her American upbringing, to create one of a kind dresses and separates. By opening Nicole Sharma Fashion & Accessories
Nicole hopes to bring her bold, colorful high quality clothes to a wider audience.
